The Dry Spray Hood is fitted with a High efficiency Cyclone and Dust Collector - Pleated Bags to separate any metallic or other dust particles from the spraying zone and discharge clean air to the atmosphere. In this the suction created by Exhaust Fan causes the dust laden air to enter the cyclone dust collector. In the cyclone the dust particles get separated by a centrifugal action and get settled in a dust hopper at the bottom of the cyclone and fine particles are trapped in the Pleated Bags of the Dust Collector. The Dust Trapped in the Bags is clean by pulse jet arrangement which run continuously with respect to to the cyclic timer installed in the Panel. The Air purging cleans the set of bags in a single purge in every 2 -3 secs of running of the exhaust fan motor. The Dust will fall down in Dust Bin through Flap Valve Plate at the bottom of the Dust Collector. The dust free clean air escapes to the atmosphere through the Exhaust Fan.
